Waitlist privacy notice

Who is responsible

Carlos Oliveira, an individual based in Portugal, is the controller of the waitlist. Contact: hello@atlaswork.app.

What we collect and why

Only the email address you enter, and the time you joined. We use it for one thing: to email you when Atlaswork opens. No newsletter, no marketing from others, no sale or sharing of your address.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@atlaswork.app; we then delete your address.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores the waitlist in its Paris (EU) region.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards email sent to hello@atlaswork.app.

How long we keep it

Until we send the launch email, and at most 30 days after it, unless you create an Atlaswork account. If Atlaswork doesn't launch, we delete the list within 30 days of deciding that.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your address, or to withdraw consent, by emailing hello@atlaswork.app. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
